At Embroidery Weekly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and stitching supplies. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all physical goods in their original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring that delicate embroidery needles, hoops, or fabrics are protected from transit damage.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
