Do you offer digital embroidery patterns as well as physical kits?
Yes, we offer both. Digital patterns are available for immediate download after purchase, while physical kits include pre-printed fabric, threads, and needles delivered to your door.
Can I return a kit if I have already started the project?
We only accept returns on unused and unopened kits in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once the fabric has been stitched or the thread cut, we cannot accept a return.
