EW399 ITH Tulips Garden Flag

Welcome spring to your home with the tulip themed garden flag. 
This wall hanging requires 8 hoopings as there are 8 different blocks included. Each block is made in the hoop. The panels are then joined together and the backing and hanging loops are added using a sewing machine.
