EWV201 Mini Bowl Cozys

By request the Mini Bowl Cozys were designed for the smaller 4x4 and 5x5 hoops. These are great to not only hold hot bowls but also cold tubs like my favourite little tubs of ice cream. The 4x4 size cozy can hold a 3" diameter bowl and the 5x5 cozy can hold a 4" diameter bowl. The cozy pieces are made in the hoop and then stitched together with their linings on a sewing machine.

The pieces for the various Mini Bowl Cozys are made, decorated and quilted in the hoop. The designs are decorative and some have a medium stitch count and one is simply quilted and has a very low stitch count. They are fun, easy to make and assemble. Once the batting and fabric are stitched down, the quilting/design is added to the block.

The finished 4x4 cozy can hold a bowl with a 3” base diameter.
The finished 5x5 cozy can hold a bowl with a 4” base diameter.
