Add to the fun of Halloween with these ITH Pumpkin Mug Rugs. They are quick and easy to make and are done entirely in the hoop. Each mug rug is made in two hoopings.
Use thin batting and fun printed fabrics to give these that extra spooky feel. To finish off each mug rug, a bit of hand stitching or steam a seam is used to close the opening in the design. The face is done in applique with a feather cover stitch.
This is a great project to make when you need a quick gift and time is short.
